We have founded the Company on the core principles of Quality and Safety that contributes to repeated business with our values Clients.
Current trends seem to indicate a preference to build up and or down. Leci Groundworks Ltd provide the skills and experience to construct both Multi-level Reinforced Concrete frames and basements to individual Client Requirements.
Leci Groundworks Ltd are licensed to carry out Section 278 Works for numerous local authorities and complete bulk excavation, sewer and road construction for both Highways England Adoption and Private Developers.
We provide comprehensive advice on budgetary costing, cost options and comparisons, effective input on logistics, programming and value Engineering.
Frequently for the initial period of a contract we operate as the role of principal contractor until completion of our works. For nominal cost this enables the contract works to commence without the principle contractor tying up valuable resources to manage one sub-contractor.
This service has proved to be very cost effective and productive which fundamentally results in our clients being able to start the works in the safe knowledge that the standards have been set by them from initial site set up.
LGL have a Specialist Brickworks and Blockwork division who pride themselves in delivering high quality Brickwork Structures with its own dedicated Management Team and workforce.
Leci Groundworks own a modern range of Construction Plant and Equipment and provide CPCS/NPORS accredited Competent Operators as well as all necessary equipment. We always ensure our plant is of the best quality, maintained by quality Engineers and delivered (or collected if so preferred) in optimum condition in order to maximise the items productivity in accordance with current Health and Safety Legislation.
