Besmir Leci is the Managing Director of LGL with over 20 years’ experience in the Construction Industry. As well as promoting ‘hands on’ management of the day to day running of the company he is an energetic and commercially minded businessman who thrives on the complex challenges the industry generates yet always has time to involve himself personally with both Clients and Staff. Besmir has attained a Level 7 NVQ Diploma in Construction Senior Management (QCF) a Cskills Awards Level 4 NVQ in Construction Site Management in both Building and Civil Engineering as well as holding a degree in Management Development. He also is an Appointed Person for Lifting Operations. He is committed to the highest standards of Quality, Health and Safety, Integrity and drive to ensure the future success of the business.
James Brazil is the Operations Director for LGL and has over 38 years’ experience in the Construction Industry. James holds an NVQ level 6 in Construction Site Manager and along with his extensive knowledge oversees our expanding client base whilst maintaining the existing clients and managers. He is responsible for ensuring and improving the performance, productivity, efficiency and quality, health and safety standards of departmental and organizational operations through the provision of effective methods and strategies.
Phil in the Commercial Director for LGL and is a member of the IQS, he is a RICS Accredited Quantity Surveyor and leads the Commercial team of Quantity Surveyors. He has over 35 years’ experience across the industrial, commercial & residential sector of the industry. Commercially aware, Phil has broad experience in various pre & post contractual mechanisms as well as a provisions such as bonds and warranties. He has overseen the preparation strategies and change management processes. In addition he has managed high value contractual disputes to successful conclusions.
Rahul is a qualified ACCA and the Head of finance at LECI group. He has over 10 years experience in the commercial and residential sector of the industry. He oversees the complete finance department and is responsible for creating systems and strategies and ensuring the smooth operations of the group.
Andrew is an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor for LGL with over 40+ years of experience specialising in Groundworks and Reinforced Concrete Structures. Familiar with all current Contractual arrangements and the Financial Management of Building Contracts. Andrew’s years of experience have given him a deep understanding of the Construction process which he is able to utilise when pricing new and secured works.
Sinead Keane is the Commercial Administrator for LGL and has spent over 8 years working in the construction and services industries. She works closely with all our team as well as other internal and external stakeholders to ensure an effective communication flow. She manages all administrative matters and is the first point of contact for all Commercial and Residential Groundworks estimating and Pre-Construction enquiries for LECI Groundworks.
